Last Friday we went to the apple orchard to pick out a pumpkin. It was a good fall day where it might rain at any given moment, and it was just cool enough that you were really cold outside. The sun was trying to peek through, but never really made it while we were outside. The kids loved being there and running around. This will be our first year to actually carve a pumpkin. What joy and excitement that brings to the little ones.
