Grammy, Rynn, and Eleanor came down for a few days tonight. They arrived around dinnertime. We ate something, and then let the kids run around wild in the backyard. I mentioned that we had some popsicles, and the kids' ears perked right up. They enjoyed one outside, and I had to capture a few pictures. The young ones sat in the middle of the grass and ate theirs together. The older ones got some outdoor chairs and moved away from the adults to the garage to sit and eat and be mighty silly. I cherish these moments and only hope that they remember times with their cousins in the years to come.
I am sure that there will be more pictures to share with you all in the next day or two. A little travel log for you, Caroline and Jason, as you are away from home!

These were fun days! There is a sadness to them as well knowing they are going to be far fewer times of gathering.....such is life!
